Identification of unknown man July 25, 2023
On 7-26-23 the unknown man entered a home on the 3300 block of Meadowlane Street sometime between 5:00 pm on 7-25-23 and 1:30 am on 7-26-23. The resident did not know the man. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, closely shaved hair, tattoos on his upper chest and both arms. The suspect was not wearing a shirt but was wearing jeans, a belt, and ankle high boots or shoes.
Missing Person Noel Benavidez Aguilar Jr. June 22, 2023
Victoria Crime Stoppers along with the Victoria Sherriff’s Office is seeking information about a Missing Person.
Noel Benavidez Aguilar Jr., is a Hispanic male, 5’11, 160 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Barbara Drive on Thursday June 22, 2023, wearing a red shirt, black shorts, and black flip flops.
Mr. Aguilar has Mental Health Issues and did not take his medication.
Aggravated Assault April 13, 2023
On Thursday, 04/13/2023 at 9:30 p.m. a 21 year old Hispanic male was robbed at a convenience store on the 2100 block of Lone Tree Rd. The victim described the offender as a Hispanic male approximately 5’8”, with a bald head, and many tattoos.
The victim was injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Burglary of a Building March 24, 2023
On Friday, 03/24/2023 between midnight and 2 a.m. two offenders’, wearing light colored hoodies, entered a business located in the 200 block of Winter Drive. A hole was cut in a metal building to gain access inside and cash was taken.
Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon March 18, 2023
On Saturday, 03/18/2023 at 9:40 p.m. officers with the Victoria Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at the 3600 block of E Forrest St. Outside of a residence at the location, officers located a 32 year old man who had been shot. Witnesses advised that after the shooting, the suspect had fled the area in a dark-colored truck.
ATM Burglary and High Speed Pursuit February 20, 2023
On Monday, February 20, 2023 at about 4:10 am, an ATM on the 2700 block of Sam Houston Dr. was broken into. Shortly after, a red Kia SUV accelerated quickly away from a police department patrol officer drawing the officer’s attention. Officers pursued the Kia northbound on US Hwy 59 through Edna and Ganado before ending the pursuit near Louise for safety. An abandoned Kia was located by a Louise resident and items in the vehicle tied it to the ATM burglary. A gold Ford F250 was also stolen during the commission of this burglary.
Bank Robbery at 7001 NE Zac Lentz Pkwy February 02, 2023
On Thursday, 02/02/2023 at 4:10 p.m. officers with the Victoria Police Department responded to a call at 7001 NE Zac Lentz Pkwy., Prosperity Bank. A subject entered the location and passed a note demanding money. The clerk gave an undisclosed amount of money and the subject left on foot. The subject is described as a black male, 5’9”, weighing approximately 200 lbs. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and tennis shoes.
Burglaries of Vaping Supply Stores January 16, 2023
Beginning late in 2022, Victoria began experiencing a series of burglaries at local stores selling vaping supplies. Investigators at the Victoria Police Department believe the burglaries may be related and are asking for your help in solving them. These burglaries have happened at stores on N Navarro St, Mockingbird Ln, and Houston Hwy.
Deadly Conduct on Navarro St September 09, 2022
On September 9, 2022, at approximately 10:40pm, a man in a black or dark blue Dodge Ram truck, shot at a vehicle occupied by two juveniles. The truck was driving erratically, and the driver became enraged when he was honked at. He followed the juveniles as they pulled into a parking lot on the 2000 block of N Navarro St, stopping alongside them and firing a gun. There were two other people in the assailant’s truck.
Burglary of a Building September 01, 2022
Over the past month, there have been several burglaries involving a suspect throwing a brick through the front door of a closed business and then stealing a cash register from inside the business. Investigators believe the incidents may be connected. Burglaries have occurred on the 10000 block of NE Zac Lentz Parkway, the 1400 block of N John Stockbauer Dr., the 4900 block of N Navarro St, the 6700 block of N Navarro St, the 3700 block of N Navarro St, and the 7900 block of N Navarro St. The most recent occurred on September 1st.
Aggravated Assaults by Unknown Suspect June 14, 2022
Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking information regarding two aggravated assaults.
On June 14, 2022, a man known as “Ra Ra” assaulted two different men. The first incident took place near Christ’s Kitchen at about 8:00 am. The second took place at about 1:30 pm. “Ra Ra” cut the victim who was taken to the hospital for treatment. “Ra Ra” is described as being in his 30’s and having long hair, a goatee, and tattoos.

Aggravated Robbery on 2500 N Ben Jordan St May 23, 2022
On May 23, 2022, at approximately 3:00am, two men robbed a convenience store on the 2500 block of N Ben Jordan St. The men were armed and both had their faces covered. They demanded money from the clerk and then fled the store on foot.
Aggravated Robbery at 6800 N Navarro St April 03, 2022
On April 3, 2022, four subjects robbed a store on the 6800 block of N Navarro St. They threatened the employee and grabbed merchandise from the store before fleeing toward nearby apartments. The suspects were all male and were all wearing masks at the time of the robbery.
Aggravated Robbery on 2000 Block of N Vine St April 01, 2022
On April 1, 2022, two subjects robbed the victim on the 2000 Block of N Vine St. They threatened the victim with a firearm and forced him to go to an ATM to withdraw money for them. The suspects were described as Hispanic males and were driving a black Toyota Corolla at the time of the offense.
Theft at 5200 N Navarro St February 21, 2022
Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking identification of two women in connection with a theft from a local business. The theft occurred at a business on the 5200 Block of N Navarro St on February 21, 2022. One woman was wearing a blue shirt or jacket with a pattern and the second woman was wearing clothing featuring an animal fur type print.
Aggravated Robbery on 2500 N Ben Jordan St. January 21, 2022
On January 21, 2022 at approximately 2:20 am, a convenience store on the 2500 block of N Ben Jordan St. was robbed. The suspect threatened store clerks with a handgun and demanded money. He then fled the store. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s or early 30’s. He was wearing a black hoodie and dark colored pants at the time of the robbery.
1500 Port Lavaca Dr December 13, 2021
On December 13, 2021, just after midnight, a convenience store on the 1500 block of Port Lavaca Hwy. was robbed. The suspect was described as a black male with a gray beard. He was wearing a gray hoodie at the time of the robbery. He demanded money from the clerk and fled from the location on foot.
Identity Theft on 600 Burroughsville Rd. December 02, 2021
In December 2021, a man using someone else’s driver license number and four different credit cards, made four orders for construction materials at a local business on the 600 block of Burroughsville Rd. Three of the cards were declined and investigators with the Victoria Police Department are seeking to identify two men in association with this case.
Robbery on 4000 block of US Hwy 59 November 15, 2021
On 11/15/2021, just before 4:00 am, three men robbed a convenience store on the 4000 block of US Hwy 59. After entering the store, they attempted to break into an ATM at the location before fleeing from the store. One suspect was a black male, approximately 5’08 and wearing a dark jacket. Another suspect was a thin black male wearing a red hoodie, and the last suspect was a man wearing a blue work shirt and a straw hat.
Missing Person Benjamin Loera October 26, 2021
Investigators with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers are conducting a large scale investigation into the disappearance of sixteen year old Benjamin. Family members last saw him on October 26, 2021 and reported him missing the next day. Benjamin is 6’2” and 300lbs with black hair and brown eyes. So far, three persons of interest have been arrested for Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault, but Benjamin remains missing.
